Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, you will receive a store credit to choose something else from the 33 + SUNNY website, or you may exchange for a different size or item if applicable. We do not offer refunds unless an item is damaged upon arrival, and all return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. 

There are some items on the site that are strictly no returns. These items will be clearly listed, so please do carefully read the details before purchase (earrings, sale items, made to order, gift cards or custom pieces). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Photographs will be necessary, and any damages caused in transit due to no fault of our own will be the responsibility of the buyer and AusPost. 

Our jewels are always sent in more than adequate protective packaging to protect the items, and damage will only be incurred by AusPost if the parcel is dramatically mis-handled which is out of our hands. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll either:

Receive a code for the amount paid for your original item which can be used on the website minus shipping,

or the item you wish to exchange the original for will be shipped at your expense.
