Our Story

33 + SUNNY began with a bead purchase that i had been resisting for months. Admiring beads, adding to cart, never purchasing

Finally i gave in and was completely inspired. If i thought the beads were beautiful online, they were 10 times more special to hold in my hands and create with.

I love what jewellery allows us to express and how it can make us feel, if chosen from the heart and selected with intention. I love contributing beautiful things to the world (as a Taurus rising, beautiful, tactile things are a part of my souls desire!) and what the process of making gives me. Presence, connection and creativity.

And so, 33 + SUNNY was born in 2023 and has been slowly growing, evolving ever since.

 

Now, 33 + SUNNY is more than jewellery - it’s a space for self-expression and remembrance. What do you feel when you wear your jewels. What parts of you light up? It’s about being in connection with ourselves - maybe even reconnecting with parts that have been buried for a while. Each piece is designed to spark joy and to help you express who you are, in whatever season you’re in.

For me as a maker and designer, it’s also about creating a life that feels soft, intentional, and true. I am a mother first and foremost, and because of 33 + sunny, (and my incredibly supportive partner) i am able to move through life in a way that lets me prioritise my kids and my role as a mama. I am proud to role model this way of living to my kids.
